Ghomeshi Witness Spotted a Pattern, but Judge Likely Won’t

In R. v. Jian Ghomeshi, the biggest problem with the Crown's case was the fact that two of the complainants exchanged thousands of emails and messages with each other. This denied the Crown one of their most important weapons: getting the judge to weigh all of the evidence together. Because of this fatal flaw, the case against Ghomeshi was seroiusly damaged.
